I recently purchased this propane blowtorch, and I have to say, I'm impressed with the quality. Right out of the box, you can tell it’s made from high-quality materials. The parts are solid, and the overall construction feels durable. The finish is sleek and smooth, giving it a premium look and feel that stands out compared to other torches I've used.
This works exactly like it's supposed to out of the box. Build quality seems excellent and like it will last forever. I only tested with propane, and it worked great. I don't have any MAPP handy to test. Using this to replace my Bernzomatic torch that finally died. This one worked much better than the Bernzomatic and the flame size was more controllable.
I inserted a propane bottle and turned the knob to ON. The torch lit immediately when the button was pressed. I was able to modulate the flame by pressing the button lightly or full-on by pressing it fully. The flame went out immediately when I released the button. With several tries, it worked perfectly every time.
